1. Agreement

By creating a Belle account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Belle is operated by Belle ("we", "us").

2. Service Description

Belle is a cloud-based appointment management platform for beauty and grooming studios. We provide online booking, automated reminders, client management, and team scheduling tools.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
  • One person or legal entity per account. Shared credentials are not permitted.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a studio account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use Belle for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access another studio's data.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code.
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API.
  • Store sensitive data (financial, health records) in client notes.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Belle (client records, appointments, services). We are a data processor acting on your instructions. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details.

6. Billing

  • The Solo plan is free. The Professional plan is billed monthly.
  • Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes.
  • You may cancel at any time. Your studio remains active until the end of the billing period.
  • We may change prices with 30 days notice.

7. Studio Deletion

Studio owners can request deletion from settings. A 30-day grace period applies, during which you can cancel the deletion. After 30 days, all studio data is permanently removed.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belle's total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your local courts under consumer protection laws.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
